The decellularized extracellular matrix of the present disclosure is derived from a three-dimensional cell spheroid, and the decellularized extracellular matrix has a three-dimensional spherical structure. The decellularized extracellular matrix of the present disclosure can be used to prepare a biomedical material scaffold for promoting tissue regeneration and repair.
