A three-layer heat dissipation structure comprises: an aluminum-based material layer; a composite material layer being positioned on the aluminum-based material layer and comprising a carbon material and a stainless steel material that are sintered together; and a carbon layer positioned on the composite material layer. A heat sink utilizing the aforementioned three-layer heat dissipation structure is also provided to improve heat dissipation efficiency while enhancing structural strength.
