本發明公開一種帶載體超薄銅箔及其製造方法，其包含以一基於胺基的高分子化合物、對一高分子基材進行官能化改質，以於高分子基材的至少一側表面上形成一改質層；以一鈀催化劑對改質層進行活化，以於改質層上形成一活化層；以及於活化層上形成一超薄銅箔。其中高分子基材能通過改質層及活化層與超薄銅箔分離。

An ultra-thin copper foil with a carrier and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes modifying a polymer substrate with an amine-based polymer compound to form a modification layer on at least one side surface of the polymer substrate; using a palladium catalyst to activate the modification layer to form an activation layer on the modification layer; and forming an ultra-thin copper foil on the activation layer. The polymer substrate can be separated from the ultra-thin copper foil via the modification layer and the activation layer.

An ultra-thin copper foil with a carrier and a manufacturing method thereof are provided.
