本發明提供一種有機-無機複合氧化物聚合體，其包含：一非結晶態有機-無機聚合物，其係由一無機分子團MxNyOz以及一有機分子團OG聚合物組成，其中該無機分子團MxNyOz係由一第元素M與一第二元素N之複合氧化物組成，並具有分子式MxNyOz，其中x=0.01~0.99，y=0.01~0.99，z/(x＋y)=0.01~3.99，且該無機分子團MxNyOz具有複數空孔，該等空孔之一平均特徵直徑尺寸係介於0.2nm~30nm範圍之間，且該等空孔中填充該有機分子團OG，其中該第一元素M與該第二元素N係分別選自一過渡元素族、一金屬元素族、一半導體元素族及其組合其中之一，且該第一元素M不同於該第二元素N。 The present invention relates to an inorganic-organic hybrid oxide polymer consisting of an inorganic molecular cluster MxNyOzand an organic molecular polymer cluster OG, wherein the inorganic molecular cluster MxNyOzconsists of a hybrid oxidation based on a first element M and a second element N and has a molecular formula MxNyOz, wherein x=0.01~0.99, y=0.01~0.99, z/(x＋y)=0.01~3.99, and the inorganic molecular cluster MxNyOzhas a plurality of voids having an averaged characteristic dimension in a range between 0.2 nm ~ 30 nm and filled with the organic molecular polymer cluster OG, wherein the first element M and the second element N are respectively selected from a group consisting of an intermediate element, a metal element, a semiconductor element and a combination thereof and the first element M is different from the second element N.
