An automated mosquito pupae cultivation and sorting system includes: a larvae cultivation module for culturing larvae into male pupae and female pupae using a culture medium; a pupa sorting module for receiving the male pupae and the female pupae from the larvae cultivation module, and separating the male pupae from the female pupae according to body sizes of the male pupae and the female pupae; a cleaning module for cleaning the larvae cultivation module and the pupa sorting module; a robot for moving the larvae cultivation module and the pupa sorting module into and out of a buffer space of the automated mosquito pupae cultivation and sorting system; and a control module, which is connected to the robot arm, the cleaning module, the pupa sorting module and the larvae cultivation module, and controls operations of the robot arm, the cleaning module, the pupa sorting module and the larvae cultivation module.
