A tag-guided image positioning method includes: defining a three-dimensional space coordinate system based on tag space position information obtained by recognizing one or more reference images of a patient’s body part disposed with one of more reference tags, and on position-direction data related to the center of a radiation beam exit and the beam direction; estimating a target coordinate in the three-dimensional space coordinate system representing the position where the target treatment point of the patient’s body part is located based on a three-dimensional medical image of the patent part marked with a target treatment point and one or more reference marks corresponding to the position(s) where the reference tag(s) is(are) attached, and on one or more reference coordinates in the three-dimensional space coordinate system representing the position(s) where the reference tag(s) is(are) attached; and outputting a positioning result as a basis for whether the patient’s body part should be adjusted based on determining whether the distance between the target coordinate and a center coordinate in the three-dimensional space coordinate system representing the position where the center of the radiation beam exit is located and the direction in the three-dimensional space coordinate system representing the beam direction are respectively consistent with the predetermined distance and the incident beam direction in the radiation treatment plan of the patient’s body part. |
