A sensor device, used to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide gas (CO2), comprises a substrate, a conductive unit, and a sensing layer. The conductive unit is arranged on the substrate and involves two electrodes. The sensing layer, comprised Polyetherimide and Polyethylene glycol, is arranged on the conductive unit and electrically connected to the electrodes. The addition of Polyethylene glycol improves the sensing sensitivity of the sensing layer to carbon dioxide. Besides, this invention provides a sensor system, including the sensor device, a test device, and an analysis device. The test device includes a cavity, an inlet port for introducing gas, and a connection seat which is arranged in the cavity for electrically connecting to outside. The sensor device is electrically connected to the analysis device and is arranged on the connection seat, which provides a non-invasive and convenient detection method. |
