一種氣體感測元件，用於檢測氣體中的二氧化碳濃度，包含一基板、一導電單元，及一感測層。導電單元設置在基板上，並包括二電極，感測層包括聚乙烯亞胺及聚乙二醇，並設置在導電單元上且與電極電連接。透過聚乙二醇的添加以提升感測層對於二氧化碳測量的靈敏度。此外，本發明還提供一檢測系統，包含如前所述的氣體感測元件、一測試裝置，及一分析裝置，測試裝置包括一腔體、一用於導入氣體的進氣口，及一設置於腔體中且能對外電連接的連接座，氣體感測元件能經由連接座對外與分析裝置電連接，以提供非侵入式且方便的檢測方式。

A sensor device, used to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide gas (CO2), comprises a substrate, a conductive unit, and a sensing layer. The conductive unit is arranged on the substrate and involves two electrodes. The sensing layer, comprised Polyetherimide and Polyethylene glycol, is arranged on the conductive unit and electrically connected to the electrodes. The addition of Polyethylene glycol improves the sensing sensitivity of the sensing layer to carbon dioxide. Besides, this invention provides a sensor system, including the sensor device, a test device, and an analysis device. The test device includes a cavity, an inlet port for introducing gas, and a connection seat which is arranged in the cavity for electrically connecting to outside. The sensor device is electrically connected to the analysis device and is arranged on the connection seat, which provides a non-invasive and convenient detection method.
