本發明提供一種利用減壓效應降低高分子材料之表面張力的方法,包含進行一減壓步驟。減壓步驟係將一高分子材料置於一低壓環境下,以降低高分子材料的表面張力,且低壓環境的壓力低於105 Pa。藉此,本發明透過減壓使高分子材料可於溫和的溫度下降低表面張力,並可運用於嵌段共聚物薄膜,以驅動嵌段共聚物薄膜的垂直取向。 |

The present disclosure provides a method for reducing surface tension of polymer material by decompression effect. The method includes performing a decompression step. The decompression step is for placing a polymer material at a low pressure environment to reduce a surface tension of the polymer material, and a pressure of the low pressure environment is lower than 105 Pa. Accordingly, the present disclosure reduces the surface tension of the polymer material by the decompression at a mild temperature, which can be applied to the block copolymer film to drive the perpendicular orientation of the block copolymer film. |
