A composite electrode structure and a method for manufacturing the composite electrode structure are provided. The composite electrode structure may be used as a back electrode of a perovskite solar cell. The composite electrode structure includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer may be used to connect with an electron transport layer or a hole transport layer of the perovskite solar cell. The first conductive layer includes a first transparent conductive oxide. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer, and may includes a second transparent conductive oxide or conductive metal.
