A method for manufacturing polyether ester foam beads includes: (i) allowing polyether ester pellets to absorb supercritical carbon dioxide under a first pressure; (ii) decreasing the pressure of the supercritical carbon dioxide to a second pressure, and maintaining at the second pressure for a predetermined time period; and (iii) performing an exhausting procedure to convert the supercritical carbon dioxide in the polyether ester pellets at the second pressure into gaseous carbon dioxide, thereby obtaining polyether ester foam beads. A method for foaming-and-molding polyether ester is disclosed as well.
