A composite material having a core-shell like structure includes a magnetically conductive micron core; and a cover shell having nanocarbon fullerene spheres being bonded to and covering the magnetically conductive micron core in a chemically adsorptive manner through sulfur atoms. An electroconductive device manufactured using the composite material has advantages including a high electroconductivity, a high stability and a high wear resistance, and is applicable to manufacturing of a probe for testing electrical properties. An apparatus for manufacturing the electroconductive device and a method of manufacturing the composite material are also provided. |
