本發明提供一種銅系固體觸媒催化合成碳酸酯類的方法,其包含提供一銅系固體觸媒、進行一混合步驟以及進行一氧化羰基化反應。混合步驟係將銅系固體觸媒與一含羥基化合物混合,並依序通入空氣及一氧化碳,以形成一混合物。氧化羰基化反應係將混合物於一反應溫度以及一反應時間下進行氧化羰基化反應,以合成一碳酸酯類。藉此,本發明以銅系固體觸媒催化含羥基化合物與一氧化碳以合成碳酸酯類,並調整觸媒型態以及反應條件以達到高轉化率及高選擇率之功效。 |

The present disclosure provides a catalytic synthesis method of carbonate from copper-based solid catalyst. The method includes providing a copper-based solid catalyst, performing a mixing step and performing an oxidative carbonylation. The mixing step is for mixing the copper-based solid catalyst with a hydroxyl group-containing compound, and air and carbon monoxide are introduced in sequence to form a mixture. The mixture is performed the oxidative carbonylation at a reaction temperature and a reaction time to synthesize a carbonate. Accordingly, the present disclosure using the copper-based solid catalyst to catalyze the hydroxyl group-containing compound and the carbon monoxide to synthesize the carbonate and adjust the catalyst type and the reaction condition to achieve the high conversion and the high selectivity. |
