A thermoelectric nanosensor manufacturing method is provided. The method includes: preparing a first conductive material; forming a plurality of tellurium nanostructures on the first conductive material; preparing a second conductive material; forming the second conductive on the tellurium nanostructures. When a testing piece is reacted with the tellurium nanostructures for forming telluride nanostructures, or the testing piece is attached on the telluride nanostructures for generating a resistance variation, an electric signal output of the thermoelectric nanosensor is varied under a temperature variation. Therefore, the material composition and concentration of the testing piece can be detected by the thermoelectric nanosensor. |
